I was excited when I was contacted by the Blum Family, who were traveling to Byron Bay for a family holiday, from Melbourne to celebrate their Mothers Birthday. We met at Tallow Beach at sunset, after battling the manic car park full of surfers and tourists and dodging huge storm clouds. What struck me about this family was just how willing they all were to have their photo taken. Usually there is one person who is hesitant, resistant or just not willing. These guys were relaxed, having fun and I could tell they were just having a really special time together. It takes a lot of organising to get a group this big away together and to a photo shoot together. Well done guys. Well worth the effort to capture these treasured memories.
